Kate Middleton may have made her last public engagement before going on maternity leave – and she looked positively blooming for it.

The Duchess Of Cambridge is due to give birth to her and the Duke Of Cambridge’s third child next month.

At present, today’s visit to the Place2Be headquarters in Clerkenwell, London, is the last recorded diary event for Kate in the royal calendar.

If it remains this way, it means it’s her last engagement before heading on maternity leave, which she normally goes on around one month before her due date.

Kate is due to give birth in April but the exact date has not been disclosed by Kensington Palace to offer the Duke and Duchess privacy at this exciting time.

For her visit today to the children’s mental health charity headquarters, Kate wore her favourite blue Seraphine dress, which she debuted in Norway in February during her and Prince William’s Scandinavian tour.

The Marlene dress can be bought on the Seraphine website for £165 – however they are currently out of stock so keep your eyes peeled for when the dress comes back in.

It’s not known how long Kate is expected to take on maternity leave when her third child arrives, although, going by the pattern so far, she’ll take a slightly longer leave to enjoy quality family time.

She will, of course, be seen at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding on 19 May this year, although that is not an official royal duty.

Meanwhile, it was a busy day for the royals.

Prince Harry visited Silverstone to discuss the upcoming Silverstone Experience.
