Nandos has added four new alcoholic drinks to its menu, and they became available yesterday, 10 July 2018.
The chicken restaurant now serves a selection of new beers, cider and sparkling wine, with the new beer menu having been mapped against the PERi-ometer to match your personal spice level.
First up is Londons Five Points XPA and Staffordshires Freedom Pils, which have been specially selected to join Nandos choice of classic beers.
Brewed in Hackney east London, Five Points XPA is a light and tropical extra pale ale, with a hoppy bitterness and an aroma of mango and passionfruit.
Freedom Pils is said to be a twist on the classic pilsner and has a golden colour and a bitterness and distinctive taste of citrus.
The new beers have been mapped against the Nandos PERi-ometer, meaning customers can now choose their beer based on what theyre ordering.
Also joining Nandos new drinks menu is Bensons the Juicers Apple Cider, a British cider made from real apples in Gloucestershire.
According to Nandos, its matured for at least six months the cider is made using over 20 single varieties of cider apples all grown in the British countryside.
Finally, if you fancy something a little bit posher, Nandos customers can now order Portugals Portada Sparkling White Wine, a medium dry sparkling white wine with apple and citrus notes in the aroma and taste.
The menu has been launched just in time for summer and is said to be perfect with anything PERi-PERi (chicken pitta, were looking at you).
All Nandos needs now is a beer garden, and then itd be the perfect summer meet-up venue.
