Lorenzo Insigne and Simone Verdi have been included in Napolis squad to face Arsenal on Thursday, according to reports in Italy.
The attacking duo have been battling injures and Verdi missed Napolis weekend Serie A fixture against Genoa.
Napoli travel to London on Thursday night for the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final tie against the Gunners.
There were concerns about Insignes fitness after he came off the bench in the 1-1 draw with Genoa after missing Napolis previous three league games to injury.
But the 27-year-old appears to have shaken off a thigh injury and could play from the start against Arsenal, according to Football Italia.
Insignes return will be a significant boost to Napoli, who rely heavily on their talismans influence.
Liverpool fans will remember Insigne from earlier in the season when the forward scored a late winner in their Champions League group stage meeting in Italy.
But Arsenal will have to keep their eye on forward Dries Mertens and striker Arkadiusz Milik, who are leading Napolis scoring charts this season.
Milik has 19 goals, but is yet to score in Europe this season, while Mertens have 13 strikes.
Unai Emerys side prepared for the Napoli game with the worst possible result, losing away to Everton on Sunday.
