Manchester City could be without Kevin De Bruyne for the title-run in after the midfielder was forced off in the first half of their clash with Spurs with a suspected knee injury.
The Belgian appeared to lose his balance when taking a shot from the edge of the area and he booted the ball out of play when play resumed in order to be substituted.
The midfielder was given medical attention on the pitch but he looked distraught as the physio tested his knee.
De Bruyne was able to get to his feet but he headed straight down the tunnel and was replaced by Fernandinho.
City will now be sweating over the midfielders fitness and will be fearing that hell be unable to feature in the remainder of the season.
