EBN- A new report on the separation of international singer Jennifer Lopez and her famous husband, actor Ben Affleck, stated that the separation between them occurred months ago, meaning that their marriage ended before the press noticed and started talking about the matter.
The 54-year-old “Hustlers” star and the 51-year-old “Argo” director have been separated since March.
It is noteworthy that rumors about the duo’s separation appeared in May 2024, and it was said at the time that the differences had begun in the aforementioned month, but according to the new report, the matter dates back two months before that, and therefore the possibility of resolving the differences between them is almost non-existent.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have reportedly already started selling off artwork and paintings from their $60 million Bel-Air, California, mansion, which was listed for $65 million last month.
Page Six reported that some of the paintings and other items were sold in early June.
People magazine reports that Affleck is packing up his belongings from his shared Beverly Hills home with Jennifer Lopez ahead of Lopez’s return from a recent trip to Europe.
The rumors began in May, after the pair had been out of public view for two weeks, and then met at Affleck ‘s 15-year-old son Samuel’s school performance. But unlike what was expected at the time, Ben wasn’t thrilled to see Jennifer.
The magazine reported at the time that the star did not appear happy to see his wife when she arrived at one of his sons’ performances, noting that when Affleck saw Lopez get out of her car, he did not appear happy to see her and did not hug or kiss her.
