He pointed out that Europe has allocated $138 billion in aid to Ukraine.
He added that the European Union shares Washington’s desire to end the conflict quickly, but insists that the peace agreement must include security guarantees for Kiev.
The French president also added that many countries in the European Union and outside it are ready to send troops to Ukraine as a guarantee after the peace agreement is signed.
He stressed that the talk is about the future “once peace is signed between Russia and Ukraine, which we will be the guarantors of.
