London, Europe Brief News – As per reports, UK infamous website Onlyfans has been accused of operating an unspecified social media company to blacklist many of its competitor’s websites in 2018.
Onlyfans is an online subscription platform which is widely known for it’s purely adult content. The onlyfan performers usually link adult websites using their social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and twitter.
The Rival Adult website FanCentro has taken a legal action against the Onlyfans owner Leonid Radvinsky. The rival website is also dragging the company who receives Onlyfans payment named Fenix Internet LLC.
FanCentro suggests that the social media content of adult performers promoting Rival websites to onlyfans were placed on an international database which is a global internet forum to counter terriorism.
FanCentro also claimed that the Onlyfans representatives have paid bribes to some of the social media company’s employees to help them succeed in their false intentions.
Onlyfans is yet to issue a legal response but it’s spokesperson claims that the company is aware of the accusations but they are totally off merit.
Onlyfans Bribed Social Channel Employees
According to legal action, FanCentro Suggest that Onlyfans used their links and money to manipulate the database, resulting in many adult performers having social posts removed and accounts disabled , despite them not containing any terrorists content.
Fan Centro criticised Instagram mainly for manipulating and causing damage to the company financially. Even though the filing does not show that company has included Facebook but since Instagram is under the radar and both these companies fall under the umbrella of one parent company Meta.
This manipulation reduced the visibility on social media and the performers joined the only fans as it was more visible during the whole time. The company is seeking financial damages.
David Azar of law firm, one of the members of FansCentro legal team said “ The company is planning on subpoenaing other companies for evidence including other social media firms”.
In a statement meta said “ These allegations are without merit and will address them in the context of the litigation as needed”.
Alan Evans , President of a group which represents performers said “ We were seeing mass deletions without any real clear reason as to what was happening or why”.
