The celebs cosied up on the front row at the fashion presentation, which was held at the Pacific Design Center on Thursday.
In one glitzy snap, Elton, 75, sat beside rapper Lil Nas, 23, and also Miley, 30, after arriving at the show on a chauffeur-driven buggy.
Miley looked incredible in a two-tone black and pink dress in tulle fabric, which was lined with rows of trains in typical edgy fashion.
The dress featured a sizzling thigh-slit up the leg, revealing her toned pins as she flashed her limbs for the camera at the show.
Miley boasted her petite frame with a pair of strappy black heels, while otherwise keeping the attention on her dress with minimal accessories.
The Flowers singer opted for a dramatic coat of make-up including a heavy smokey eye and wore her two-tone hair in soft waves.
Meanwhile, pop sensation Dua looked equally stunning in a classic black Versace gown, which featured strap detailing across the chest.
She styled the glamorous look with a pair of stiletto shoes and wore her brunette tresses in a bouncy blown out style.
Elton himself looked typically dapper in a navy suit and a paisley shirt, teamed with some statement square sunglasses with a black rim.
His husband David Furnish, also opted for a flamboyant ensemble, as he stepped out in a black suit with eye-catching gold detailing around the lapels.
Lil Nas opted for a typically showstopping look, arriving wearing a silver top with a leather skirt and heavily bejewelled boots.
