EBN- Italian Carlo Ancelotti, coach of Real Madrid, became the coach with the most titles with the Royal Club after winning his fifteenth title against Mexican Pachuca the day before yesterday Wednesday.
Real Madrid beat Pachuca 3-0 in the final of the Intercontinental Cup , winning the title for the fourth time in its history, establishing itself as the club with the most titles.
Ancelotti won the Intercontinental Cup title after his great victory over his Mexican counterpart, Pachuca, with three clean goals, in the final match that brought them together, at Lusail Stadium in the final match of the tournament.
Ancelotti became the most successful coach in Real Madrid’s history, after winning the club’s 15th title, surpassing Miguel Munoz, the previous record holder with 14 titles.
Ancelotti won 15 titles with Real Madrid: three Champions League titles, two Club World Cup titles, three European Super Cup titles, two Spanish League titles, two Spanish Super Cup titles, two Spanish King’s Cup titles and one Intercontinental Cup title.
