EBN- American actress Jennifer Aniston is keen on taking care of herself. Over the years she has learned many ways to maintain her health and ensure that her mind and body are in the best condition, and Aniston says she enjoys spreading this knowledge.
Actress Jennifer Aniston spoke about her daily routine and the secret to her slim figure to People magazine. The 55-year-old actress revealed that she prepares a specific drink after she wakes up and before she exercises.
“I take Armra Colostrum (a supplement) first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed into it,” she says. In the cooler months, she adds extra ingredients, steeping a teaspoon of ginger, which is good for digestion and the immune system, and then adding a drop of Manuka honey. “It’s so delicious served hot,” she explains.
Jennifer revealed what she learned through her health journey, saying: “No one should accept the popular fitness mentality of no pain, no gain.”
“That’s not true at all,” the Friends star continued. “You can actually make gains without pain. You can enjoy working out and not wreck your body and still have an amazing transformation.”
Although she has tried many exercises over the years, the exercises she follows now have changed her body more than other exercises, noting that they are fun, and she is not afraid of them, but rather feels excited.
“I also know that if I’m not feeling 100 percent, if I only have 20 minutes, that’s all I do,” she added. “These exercises hit the tiny little muscles underneath the big ones that you don’t even know are there, so you get strong from the inside out.
