According to plastic surgeon Mark Solomos, who appears in the documentary The Price of Perfection, Nicole’s ears resemble “bat ears” or “fairy ears,” but she’s not the only star to suffer from this problem. Tom Cruise, Katie Price, and Demi Moore have also suffered from “bat ears” due to alleged plastic surgery .
“The effect occurs when the earlobe is pulled down, often revealing a facelift,” Mark said, adding that the problem “is usually the result of poor surgical technique.
