The office of House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe issued "purposefully misleading" remarks when he responded to Schiff's comments about a Russian disinformation campaign surrounding Joe Biden's son Hunter.
