The Biden Administration believes that the line of communication between the French President and Putin is useful only in getting to know what the Russian president is up to next.
The Biden Administration will send Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Paris to hear from Macron directly about his latest conversation with Putin.
Even though the line of communication remained in place for the last one month, US officials still believe that Macron’s efforts are not sufficient enough to stop Putin from intensifying this war.
Putin said that Ukraine has committed war crimes in Sepatrist regions in eastern Ukraine and called Ukraine government a people Nazis and he does not want to negotiate with them.
