EBN- Madonna, 66; has lost her younger brother Christopher Ciccone only a few weeks ago after mourning her stepmother Joan Ciccone who passed away after a very fierce battle with cancer.
Christopher Ciccone also died of cancer last Friday, at the age of 63. But, his death was not announced until now.
Christopher and Madonna were very close since their childhood; through their youth, and even adulthood, and the beginning of their artistic careers together, and when Madonna’s name became known in the circles, it was known that her brother would be one of her most important backup dancers.
He later became the show designer, the costume designer, and had a strong role behind the scenes in Madonna’s life. He was the artistic director of her most famous world tours, and at one point in his life he directed some music videos.
There were some differences between Madonna and her late brother for a period of time, and they caused a stir in 2008, when Ciccone attacked her in his autobiography, “Life with My Sister Madonna”, which became a New York Times bestseller at the time. The two eventually reconciled and in 2012 released his own shoe line.
Maddonna entered into a new relationship after recently getting out of a relationship that lasted several months. This time, she chose a young man 37 years younger than her, named Akeem Morris.
