Efforts to recall Seattle Councilwoman Kshama Sawant can move forward, a judge ruled Wednesday. Four of the six charges filed against Sawant are legally sufficient, King County Superior Court judge James Rogers ruled. The two dismissed charges alleged that Sawant used her official position to encourage demonstrators to occupy a Seattle police precinct, and to help create the so-called autonomous zone that was broken up after several deadly shootings.
