Kyiv, Europe Brief News – A Russian official has accused Ukraine of attacking the Belgorod fuel depot. According to him two Ukrainian military helicopters flew across the border and bombed the depot. It is the first air raid by the Ukrainian forces and the Russian soil is in for a big threat. The Russia-Ukraine war has become a hot topic in the media currently.
The video image of the Ukraine military proves that the attack did happen. It looks like several missiles are fired from a low altitude. This situation looks intense as it was followed by a major explosion. Due to the explosion, a huge fire is seen all over the area of Belgorod.

Dmitry Peskov who is a Kremlin spokesman talked to the reporters about the alleged strike in Belgorod. The city is located some 35 kilometers from the border of Ukraine. They have not been comfortable when it comes the continuing the peace talks.
Due to this Russia- Ukraine conflict seems to become stronger than before. Meanwhile, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba that he cannot accept or reject the claim that Ukraine is involved in this attack. He claims he doesn’t have enough information about the military resources.
Ukrainian Helicopters Attack on Belgorod Fuel Depot
Regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov has confirmed that Ukrainian helicopters have attacked the fuel depot. The Russian forces may prepare a counterattack due to this attack that can make things worse. The intense fire was seen at the petrol depot as the helicopters entered the Russian territory.
It resulted in injuring two workers and major areas of the city will evacuate very soon. The Russian military will have to carry on their duties and get things right. Previously Ukrainians threw shells at the village near Belgorod. However, this is the first time an attack on the oil facility happened.
An emergency is announced in Russia and the firefighter operations are in full swing. Around 200 firefighters and 60 special units will take care of the fire. Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov claims that this attack will not affect the fuel supply in the region.
An ammunition depot near Belgorod caught fire that is causing a series of fires. The defense ministry of Russia will closely make strategies to combat it. Two different low flying helicopters captured the southern side of Russia, firing rockets.
Around eight oil tanks are blown away. The residents living near this area are forced to leave with no option. With the recent attack at the Belgorod Fuel Depot, things will only get worse between Ukraine and Russia.
