Dubai ( Europe Brief News): After this approval of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
Sheikh Hamdan congratulated the appointment of Dr. Alawi Alsheikh Ali as the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), sending his sincere wishes for the success of the latter in carrying out his tasks and supporting the strategic vision of Dubai for the future of the healthcare sector in the emirate.
Sheikh Hamdan also communicated his thanks to Awad Seghayer Al Ketbi for his hard work, contributions, and tireless efforts to improve the services of Dubai Health Authority and the overall healthcare system in the emirate and wished him more success in the future.
Appointments Made By Sheikh Hamdan
Besides, Sheikh Hamdan affirmed the appointment of Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita was appointed to the position of Director General of Dubai Municipality after serving temporarily. The appointment is an indication of the importance of the municipality’s role in promoting sustainable development and quality of life, two key pillars in Dubai’s vision of becoming the world’s preeminent city to live, work, and visit, as reported by Gulf News.
In addition, Sheikh Hamdan announced the appointment of Omar Bushahab as the Director General of the Dubai Land Department and Chairman of the Board of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment. At the same time, Sheikh Hamdan appointed Mohammed Al Shehhi as the acting CEO of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
Sheikh Hamdan also appointed Major General Harib Mohammed Al Shamsi as Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police for Criminal Affairs and Major General Ahmed Zaal Al Muhairi as the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police for Administrative Affairs.
