Russia and Ukraine announced mutual strikes targeting the infrastructure of the two countries. The authority said that the Russian forces carried out 11 air strikes and bombed Ukrainian territory with 38 projectiles from missile launchers during the past 24 hours.
It added that the Ukrainian army was able to repel the attempts of the Russian forces to advance in Liman, Avdiivka and Marinka. In contrast, the Russian forces bombed villages and towns in the regions of Kobyansk and Bakhmut.
The statement of the Ukrainian authority indicated that its forces are still continuing to launch attacks on the axes of Berdyansk and Melitopol in Zaporizhzhia province.
For his part, the head of the military administration of the Kherson region, Alexander Prokudin, said that the Russian army carried out 29 attacks by firing 126 mortar shells, tanks and marches on the region yesterday.
He pointed out that the Russian forces fired 11 artillery shells at Kherson, indicating that “the Russian soldiers bombed residential areas and the area where the grain port is located in the Pereslav region.” Prokudin added that 4 people were wounded in the attacks.
