London, Europe Brief News –Tommy Fury said that the only reason Jake Paul agreed to take the drug test was to avoid additional postponement of their meeting in August. Due to a fractured rib and an illness in his chest, Fury could not attend the meeting scheduled with Paul in December of the previous year.
Now, the two individuals have resumed conversations over the possibility of another confrontation, and Fury has just now accepted Paul’s offer of $2 million to fight on August 6.
Fight Between Tommy Fury and Jake Paul
In the days following the incident, Fury’s father, John, accused Paul of being uncooperative over his request to participate in voluntary drug testing. Fury has made a new allegation while also consenting to a fight, and he said on Twitter, “The battle is on. Forget about having a team or any other nonsense on the sixth of August. I don’t need any assistance from anybody else to lay you down flat on that canvas. Oh, and many thanks for finally signing the document authorising the drug test. You only consented to it when you realised the struggle would be jeopardised; who needs who?

Paul Doesn’t React to Claims
Paul has not yet responded to the latest claim. Still, he recently unleashed a furious video tirade against Fury, in which he accused Fury of being uncooperative over signing a new fight agreement. In addition to this, he said that VADA testing would be part of the new battle conditions, along with a guaranteed bout pay of $2 million for his opponent.

Rumour Invented About Drug Test
The YouTube sensation has previously denied rumours that he had chosen not to submit to a drug test. He said that Fury’s training camp had invented the rumour to taint the buildup to the bout. Paul responded to the allegations that he had refused to be tested for the fight by stating, “It’s people making stuff up.”
Jake Pauls Claim
“Tommy Fury spent 11 years in jail [he was condemned to 11 years, serving four before being freed], he’s a deluded old guy.” It was only a rumour that he made up. Still, nowadays, everyone believes anything they read on the internet, which is terrible since few people bother to investigate the claims themselves. But the savvy ones who did check into it noticed that there would be drug testing for this fight and said to themselves, “oh wait, there is drug testing for this fight.” Since the Florida State Athletic Commission is conducting repeated drug tests on Jake and Tommy, there was never a question on my end about whether or not I would participate in a drug test.
